HOUSING+
SUPPORT.
Housing doesn't work without support. Support doesn't work without housing. Housing has to be affordable to the lowest level of income. The magic is to have these all work in concert with each other.
REDEFINING
HOME..
We all deserve to have a place we call home, where come and go from, keep our things, and feel safe. That’s the real meaning of home, and is necessary to be a functioning member of society.
Living in dignity and kindness should not be a privilege. We must treat all others with respect and give them the opportunities for self-determination and success. It is our duty to not forget the forgotten.
Housing is as a fundamental right as being able to eat. No one in this country will starve. Our vision is that by 2040, no one in this country will be unhoused.

“How can you get back on your feet if you are on the streets, or fighting for a bed in a shelter every night, having to spend countless hours waiting in lines, dealing with curfews, and navigating the conditions of shelters that make finding stable work nearly impossible? ”

To Solve Homelessness:
The lowest level of income has to be able to afford the lowest level of housing. Its really that simple.
If the minimum wage is $10/hour, rent needs to be $480/month ($10 x 160hrs x 30%) to be affordable, and even less for part time work. Since entry apartments are not available for that price, anything outside of that, the math just doesn’t work, never had, and never will. It’s simply mathematically impossible.
Three ways we solve this.
-
High Quality Low Cost Housing Units
-
Connect People to Jobs and Remove the Barriers to that
-
Provide credits through trading services and/or obtain credits from our benefactors
Our Results: Our Homes are always: Income Earned > Income Needed
97.4% of 1620 options
- Affordable on Minimum Wage -
We provide a home option for every income level, with 1620 different options to match needs, desires, community, and frugality, where Income > Expenses.
When Income < Expenses, Residents earn credits or are Sponsored.
That’s why this process works.
The Five Part Process
01
UTILIZE CURRENT SUPPLY.
With literally 3.5 billion square feet of vacant space available for lease, millions of empty hotel rooms, and millions of available homes, apartments, and rooms available across the country, our matching software will connect those in need, with those who have, instantaneously without waiting lists, because homelessness happens with little warning, especially for victims of family violence.
02
BUILD COMMUNITIES.
USE SOFTWARE AND TECHNOLOGY.
We will create communities for every individual, owner, belief, value system, and even for difficult circumstances, such as family violence, mental illness, and substance abuse, ensuring all needs and preferences are met.
With our software and apps, we will connect millions of available spaces with hundreds of thousands of people in need. Don't need to build anything, if we can use what is already in place.
Our novel and patent pending Temporary Interior Modular-home System (TIMS) will break down larger spaces with temporary, non-invasive setups that let property owners earn income instead of vacancy, without structural changes to their property while awaiting long-term tenants.
03
PROVIDE COACHING & SUPPORT.
But really, this isn’t just about space and software, it's about coaching and support. Our “sorting hat” intake process matches people with communities and life coaches. We help our Residents get to the next stage by bridging the gaps, matching jobs to people, solving personal problems and transportation issues, and providing a menu of support services that they need to grow and succeed.
With our key connections with Industry, we will be the premier job placement organization in the world, connecting those who need work with those who need income. So many companies complain they can’t find enough help. Most of the homeless complain they don’t have enough money for rent. We will bridge that gap.
We are not just a housing organization, we are the catalyst that enables people to move up and move out.
04
TRADE SERVICES FOR RENT CREDITS.
PROVIDE SPONSORSHIPS.
Our residents join a community. Each community needs to support itself. There are shared tasks that are required to help each other, such as driving, mentoring, janitorial, cooking, nannying, skill sharing, workshops, and dozens more. Our software will enable residents to trade services for rent credits, at any level, if their income is short of rent required.
For people that have challenges where they cannot provide much, if any services, afford payments, unable to work, or not well enough to work, our system will enable residents to obtain credits for providing services or receiving sponsorship from benefactors. Being a non-profit, we will support those credits and sponsorships through more than ten revenue sources.
We will provide for everyone, even for those that need assisted living due to mental health, substance abuse, disabilities, or veterans.
05
BUILD NOVEL NEW CONSTRUCTION.
Our new construction will have community living in mind, because 50% of cost is in space we use under 2% of time, as that’s the only way to build market-supported new construction that is also affordable to low income without subsidies. Click here to view some advanced designs
3.5 Billion Square Feet
- Vacant and Unused Right Now -
By using just a fraction of this available space, plus a little new construction, our approach reduces capital costs by 92.6%, compared to the billions that are being spent on this problem with very little impact. This is next to nothing, friends.
COACHING & SUPPORT.
Every Resident is Assigned a Life Coach
We help our Residents get to the next stage by bridging the gaps, matching jobs to people, solving personal problems and transportation issues, and providing a menu of support services that they need to grow and succeed.
JOB TRAINING & PLACEMENT.
Every Resident Provided Training & Placement
We help our Residents get to the next stage by bridging the gaps, matching jobs to people, solving personal problems and transportation issues, and providing a menu of support services that they need to grow and succeed.
So many companies complain they can’t find enough help. Most of the homeless complain they don’t have enough money for rent. We connect.
